Boones Creek Urgent Care is a privately owned walk-in clinic and urgent care on N. Roan Street in Johnson City, Tennessee. The clinic was established in 2010, and our healthcare professionals have since treated thousands of patients in our local community.
Our providers aren’t strangers to the area. They live and raise their families in Boones Creek, Piney Flats, Unicoi and nearby communities, and many have spent years in local emergency rooms and clinics before joining us.

- No appointment, ever. Walk in seven days a week, or use Express Check In to hold your place in line.
- Experienced providers. Our team includes a physician who is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and physician assistants with emergency medicine, critical care and family practice backgrounds.
- Honest, simple pricing. Because we are privately owned, we can offer a self-pay program: one upfront office visit fee that covers all in-house testing and procedures.
- Most insurance accepted. That includes TennCare, BlueCare, Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
