Self-Pay Pricing

Why pay high healthcare costs? At Boones Creek Urgent Care we are dedicated to transparency in pricing and providing affordable healthcare that’s accessible to everyone. Because we are privately owned, we are able to offer attractive options for patients who want to self-pay for our services.

Our affordable self-pay visits cost less, on average, than other urgent care providers. In addition, we accept payment from most major insurance plans, including government plans like Medicare and Medicaid.

The Self-Pay Program allows urgent care patients to pay an upfront office visit fee that includes all in-house testing and procedures.

The Simple Self-Pay Program allows patients to pay an upfront office visit fee that includes all in-house testing and procedures. These services are available for $120 upfront for the initial visit.

Health Insurance

Boones Creek Urgent Care accepts most major health insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly.

We accept most private insurance plans such as Medicare and Medicare Advantage. All payments, including your co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible, are due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, personal checks, and all major credit cards. If you would like to verify that your specific insurance plan is accepted before your visit, see the entire list below.

Boones Creek Urgent Care Self Pay program

Pay Upfront for All In-House Tests and Procedures for Urgent Care visits.

Examples of urgent and primary care in-house testing and procedures included with the Self-Pay Program office visit:

  • Strep Test
  • Flu Test
  • Pregnancy Test
  • Mono Test
  • Blood Sugar / Glucose
  • EKG
  • Injections including medications
  • Nebulizer Treatments
  • Ear Irrigation
  • Corneal evaluation for foreign body/abrasions
  • Fracture Splinting
  • Burns
  • Sutures/stitches
  • Freezing skin lesions
  • Simple Skin Biopsy
  • Incision and draining of abscesses

These services are also available at a separate fee:

  • DOT EXAM $85
  • Sports Physical $25
  • PPD TB test $45

These rates do not apply to patients who are covered by any insurance program or worker’s compensation visits. Patients who are covered by insurance will be required to pay their applicable co-pay, co-insurance or deductible at the time of service.
